How do you keep your apples so long?
We keep our apples in a large refrigerated apple storage, with the temperature just above freezing and high humidity. For long term storage, we rent space in a Controlled atmosphere storage. The apples are put in this sealed airtight room and the oxygen level is brought down to 3 %. This will "hold" the apples and prevent them from ripening.

We have orchards in several different locations are not set up for pick your own.
We are open 9 - 5:30 six days a week. We are closed on Sundays. Also closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Call ahead on other holidays to verify hours. The Market Square hours are Fridays 8-6 and Saturdays 7-4.
